Add to this the water and mix in water until just blended. Let this set for 12 hours. I usually do this just before I go to bed, and bake in the morning. When You get up in the morning dump the dough on a floured surface and just flaten out a bit, take one side and fold to the middle, then the other side and do the same, same for the top and the bottom and you have a nice flat ball shape. Heat a cast Iron dutch oven in the oven on 475 degrees for about 15 minutes. When hot take the ball of dough and drop this in the middle of the dutch oven, cover and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the cover for last 15 minutes to brown. Take out of oven and pour melted butter over the crust just to flavor and soften just a bit.
