2 Tbsp. Grape seed Oil
2 1/4 tsp. Baker's Yeast
1 tsp. Alessi White Balsamic Fig or Pear infused Vinegar

Here is how you make Gluten Free Bread by Nuts.com:

Preheat oven to 200 Degrees for rising stage. Add milk to a 6 cup mixing bowl. Warm milk in microwave for 90 seconds or until warm to touch. Add egg, egg whites, oil, vinegar, and yeast to milk and stir with rubber spatula until yeast is dissolved. Pour liquid into bottom of Bread Maker Pan. Add 3 1/4 cups (1 pound) Gluten Free Bread Mix by Nuts.com or Bob's Red Mill. Have dry ingredients at room temperature before adding liquid mixture. Mix on dough cycle for 5-6 minutes, scraping down sides of pan as needed. Grease 9"X5" baking dish (including sides) generously with butter. Pour dough in greased pan. Smooth top of dough with wet spatula. Place in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or until bread rises above top of bread dish. Leave bread in oven and change oven to 350 degrees. Set timer for 60 minutes. Bake bread for 30 minutes. Turn bread pan 180 degrees, cover with foil and bake for another 30 minutes. Remove bread from oven and cool on wire rack. Turn out on wire rack after 10 minutes of cooling. Do not cut until bread is cool.
