Combine hot water, 2 cups of flour, and gluten in large mixing bowl. Add oil, honey, molasses, and salt. Beat well with electric mixer. Stir in dissolved yeast and additional flour to make a soft dough (this is where I usually add in 1/2 to 1 cup of milled flas seed). Knead well (8 to 10 min on speed 2 of dough mixer). Divide into two portions and shape each into a loaf. Place in greased loaf tins, lightly grease top of each loaf, and let rise until almost double. (I do this in 180 F oven, covered with tea towel.) Bake at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pans immediately.
