Mix in stand mixer at low speed, slowly adding remaining flour. Move to medium speed, knead (with dough hook) 10 minutes. Roll dough into a ball, place in greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise at room temp 1 and a half hrs. Punch down, divide in half, make 2 loaves and place in two greased loaf pans. Let rise another hour. Bake 35 minutes at 375, center rack of oven.
