Here is how you make Granny's Cheddar Broccoli Quiche:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine milk, eggs and pepper. Layer cheese, broccoli and onion in the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese mixture. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes, cut into wedges. Makes 6 wedges. *I cut this into 8 wedges.You can add ham, chicken or any other meat if you desire. You can also use your choice of cheeses.
