How Do I Make mini burgers?

Here is how you make mini burgers:

Form ground sirloin into small patty, salt and pepper to taste. Place burger in a preheated nonstick pan sprayed with nonstick spray.When first side is caramelized, flip burger. Top with mozzarella cheese, let burger cook approx. 2 mins. longer.Put 2 Tbls. water in bottom of pan, with the burger and cover to steam the cheese melted. Meanwhile toast the whole wheat bagel and mix chopped fresh basil with non fat mayo. Spread both sides of bagel with basil mayo and place burger on " bun". Delicious! Makes 1 serving.I serve with a nice big tossed salad and steamed broccoli, and yes! my son even eats it!
