Here is how you make Qunioa Cakes:

Cook quinoa in water according to directions (rice cooker works great).Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine quinoa, onion. garlic, carrot, zucchini, spinach, lemon zest, almond meal, baking powder, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into 8 patties and place on lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes, flip, and bake another 12 minutes until crisp. Combine yogurt, dill, white pepper, and lemon juice.
