Here is how you make Sesamed Tofu Carrot Scramble:

Drain the tofu and blot with a paper towel. Wrap in paper towels or dish towels (or both) and place under a heavy plate for around 30 minutes. Then break it up into small bits (a wet sort of crumble).Combine rice and water in rice cooker and cook for around 35 minutes. (or use stovetop cooking method).If you have a good non-stick pan, heat the tofu by itself until it dries out a bit and gets at least a little brown.
