Here is how you make Cauliflower Chowder - Paleo:

Chop garlic, onion, carrots, celery. Heat olive oil in a deep soup pot and add veggies. Saute til tender, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, roughly chop cauliflower. To the veggies in the soup pot and continue sauteing until lightly cooked. About 5 minutes. Add in the chicken stock, coconut milk and spices. Stir well, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes, or til veggies are tender. Microwave bacon, crumble and serve as a garnish on top. Enjoy!Serving Size:?makes five large servings
