Add garlic and brown until fragrant.Add grape tomatoes, and simmer, smashing tomatoes a bit to cook thoroughly (about 2 minutes). Then add grated zucchini, and mix, cooking another 2 minutes or so.Slice the cheese wedges into chunks and add to the vegetable mixture, and stir until cheese has mostly melted and combined.
