1)Hormel Turkey Chili with Beans, 1 and 1/4 cup
2)Cheddar Cheese 2 oz
3)Onions, raw, 1 ring slice diced.
4)Biscuit, plain or buttermilk, 10 biscuit (1 can of biscuits)


How Do I Make Chili Cheese Cups?

Here is how you make Chili Cheese Cups:

Preheat over to 400F Open biscuits and ball two biscuits toghether till you have 5 balls.Grab a Muffin Pan and spray with cooking spray. Now take one ball of bisucit dough and spread it across the bottom then up the side of the muffin tin. Keep doing this till you have all 5 biscuits in place. Now add a a bit of onion and 1/4 cup of chili to each biscuits. Top off each cup with cheese.Place in the oven and cook for at least 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and take a knife to loosen the biscuits from the edge of the muffin pan. Now Scoop out Chili Cups and place on a plate and serve.Serving Size: makes 5 chili cups one chili cup is one serving.Number of Servings: 5Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user YOADDICTION101.
