What Are The Ingredients For Sardine and Cheese fritters Recipe?The ingredients for Sardine and Cheese fritters are: 1 can of Brunswick Sardines in Soybean Oil (106 grams)2 large eggs 30 gr Jamaican Tastee cheese (about 1 oz) a sprinkle of black pepper Optional (not in calorie count) 1 tsp of scallions 70 gr of plantains How Do I Make Sardine and Cheese fritters?Here is how you make Sardine and Cheese fritters: Drain your sardines of most of the oil (leave just a little behind). Place the sardines in a plate and cut open the broad side to slice it in half. Remove all bones and other undesirable inner organs.Take your cheese and mash it out with the sardines and into a nice, even consistency. You can make it as fine or as chunky as you want. Crack the eggs into the mixture and beat it with a fork all together, until it is an even consistency.With the frying pan set on medium heat, add the oil of your choice. When hot, put a heaping tablespoon of your mixture into the pot, as many as will fit about 2 inches wide each.
