1 cup soda water (flavourless)

Here is how you make Cottage cheese savoury scones:

Preheat oven to about 220. Line a rectangle dish with baking paper. Cut all fresh ingredients and place to the side.Use another decent size rectangle dish to mix your ingredients. Start by sifting the flour and protein powder into dish and make a well in the middle. Add the cottage cheese and soda water and gently mix the dry ingredients into the moist ingredients using a sharp spatula or knife (this ensures a better rise out of the dough) Add your remaining ingredients. Dust your hands lightly with flour and gently knead the ingredients into a soft ball. Place the ball of dough into your prepared dish and very gently spread evenly.. it doesn't have to be perfect.. if you mess around the dough too much you risk cooking scones that'll be hard as rocks! Use a sharp knife to cut the dough into 8 even pieces.. leave the dough together though.. don't try to seperate until after cooked.
