Here is how you make Easy Veggie Grilled Cheese:

Slice the Italian bread and place the American cheese on top of it. Set the oven to 350 degrees, place the bread on a pan, and let it sit in there for five minutes until the cheese is all melted. While that's going on, combine the mushrooms (sliced into small pieces), kale, and lettuce into a pan on medium. Pour the olive oil over the ingredients and mix around every few seconds. Take the bread out of the oven. After 5 minutes, when the vegetables are done cooking, spoon them on top of the cheese bread. Slice the tomatoes, placing two or three on top of the veggies.
