2 tbls whipped cream cheese (60 cal)
3 oz sliced, freshly grilled chicken, no skin
1/2 sliced apple (100 grams)
Fresh Spinach (22 grams)
1-2 tbls lite Raspberry Dressing* (45 cal)
Dash of chipotle sauce to spice it up (optional)
Toothpick (to close the wrap)

Here is how you make APPLE-RASPBERRY CHICKEN WRAP:

Spread the whipped cream cheese on the tortilla on the upper 3/4 (I leave the bottom 1/4 dry and empty for folding.)Arrange the thinly sliced apple down the middle third of the wrap (leaving the sides and the very bottom of the tortilla empty for folding). Then add your chicken on top of your apple slices and drizzle with your raspberry dressing (*I use Ken's Steak House, Fat Free Raspberry Pecan Salad Dressing @ 45 cal per 2 tbls.)Finally, top it with 22 grams (a handful) of fresh spinach and fold.FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS:Tightly fold up the dry bottom 1/4 of the wrap (I call this "forming my sandwich diaper"; then fold the right side over the ingredients, and finish with the left side and stab it with a toothpick to keep it together until time to eat.
