Trim Chicken breast and make sure to filet for even cooking . Salt and pepper chicken on both sides. On a george foreman grill pre heat to 350. after heated put chicken on and set for 9-10 min. Once done take chicken piece by piece and shreader using 2 forks to pull apart. once all chicken is shreaded put chicken in a sauce pan and add BBQ sauce. Heat through.
