spray small fry pan with veg. spray. Cook onions and peppers for about 8 minutes til softened slightly. Add 1 can chicken and 1 can kidney beans and heat until hot. Warm tortilla in microwave 15 seconds in a damp paper towel. Add 1/8 cup low fat shredded sharp cheese onto tortilla shell and then scoop chicken mixture on top of cheese so the cheese starts to melt. Roll up and enjoy!
