The Southwestern Chicken Pita Pocket....Preheat any stove top grill (I like my George Foreman) or heat up a greased pan on medium heat on the stove top.1. Spread out the cheese on the inside of the pita pocket. 2. Drizzle the inside of the pita pocket with the ranch dressing.3. Add the chicken strips to the inside of the pita pocket.4. Grill the pita pocket for 3-4 minutes or until nice and toasty. (Just like grilling a grilled cheese sandwich)5.
