Here is how you make Thai Chicken-Broccoli Wraps:

1 - Sprinkle chicken strips with garlic salt and pepper. Coat a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.2 - Cook and stir seasoned chicken in hot skillet over medium-high heat until chicken is no longer pink.3 - Remove chicken from skillet, keep warm. Add broccoli slaw and 1/4 tsp ginger to skillet. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.4 - In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, 2 tbsp water, soy sauce, minced garlic & the remaining ginger.
