Here is how you make Hawaiian Chicken Burgers:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine beaten egg, pepper, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, water chestnuts, and ginger. Add chicken and mix well. Form 4 patties 3/4" thick and place burgers on unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 12-14 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once and brushing with about 2 tbsp bottled sweet and sour sauce during last 5 minutes or broiling. Meanwhile, place 4 canned pineapple slices on broiler pan. Broil for 1-2 minutes, turning as needed.
