Saute 2 chopped bell peppers and 8 oz sliced mushrooms in a half cup (one stick) of butter/margarine. (onions and garlic are also good here.) Add a half cup of flour, and mix well.Dissolve an 1/8 cup of chicken bullion powder in two cups of water. (the hotter the water, the better the bullion will dissolve.) Add the broth, water and keep stirring till gravy is created. Mix in cooked chicken. Serve over rice or noodles.This is how I made it the first time, I think even more chicken would be even better. Like this it was a bit saucy.
