In skillet, at medium heat, spray olive oil, cook chicken for 5 mins. Add green peppers, onions, cayenne pepper and lemon pepper, cook for another 3 - 5 mins. Take one cabbage leaf and put half of chicken mixture into center. Add half of the chopped avacado and sprinkle 1 tbls lemon juice. Roll leaf.
