Preheat oven at 350F.Over medium-high heat, sauté chicken breast in olive oil. Sprinkle Cajun spice and cook 7 to 9 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Set aside; let cool. Cut chicken into strips.Take 4 pieces of pitas spread salsa evenly on each pita. Add chicken strip and sprinkle with cheese. Place the remaining 4 pitas on top of cheese.
