Saute mushrooms over med heat 5 min. & add onions for another 5 min. Stir in Chicken, Broccoli and corn, cook till pink in meat is gone. Place all in 9 x 9 barking dish and pour soup from can over mixture. Cover dish and bake on 375 for 30 min. Chicken should cooked thru.
