1 T olive oil
2 cups plus dusting flour

1 cup chopped baby spinach
1 cup grated colby jack cheese
1 cup light and dark meat cooked chicken
4 slices Jennie O turkey bacon
1/4 cup sliced onion
1/2 chopped orange bell pepper

For dough, dissolve yeast and sugar in water until yeast begins to foam (about 10 minutes) Add in salt, oil and flour. Stir until a dough ball forms. Knead for 10 minutes.
