Here is how you make Green Chile Chicken Pozole:

Melt butter. Add jalapenos, celery, onions and carrots. Stir and cook until softened. Add chicken wings and 1 box Swanson broth. Bring to a boil and cook until wings are falling off bone and vegetables are soft. Remove from heat. Cool. Put meat and vegetables through a sieve and strain well. Reserve broth and discard solids. Refrigerate broth overnight. Remove broth from fridge and skim off fat. Place broth in large, covered cooking pot. Add Herdez salsa and remaining boxes of broth, bring to a boil. Chop chicken breast into bite size pieces and add to boiling broth. Add thawed green chile. Cook until chicken is done, about 45 min. Strain meat and chile and set aside. Rinse frozen hominy (or prepare dried hominy according to directions) and add to broth. Bring to a boil and cook for at least 2 hours or until corn pops.
