Here is how you make Coconut-Lime Chicken Lettuce Wraps:

Cut chicken breast into chunks and place into a mixing bowl with coconut flour and shredded coconut. Toss together to coat. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add coconut oil to pan. Spread chicken evenly across skillet and brown 3 to 4 minutes per side. Squeeze the lime juice over the chicken and cook another 1 to 2 minutes. Remove chicken and place inside lettuce.
