Warm up the pan until the oil start to pop.* Place four tortillas in the microwave for one minute or until tortilla is soft.*Dip the warm tortilla in the Enhilada sauce, then place it in the frying pan and let it fry until it the tortilla gets soft. Flip it over carefully so that it doesnt fall apart.*remove from pan and place the extremely hot tortilla on a plate and place some shredded chicken and mozarella cheese in the middle of the tortilla.
