Here is how you make Grilled Teriyaki Chicken:

Trim the boneless, skinless chicken thighs.Combine Keli's Teriyaki, soy sauce, mirin, garlic powder and red pepper flakes (you can add more flakes to increase the heat) and marinade the chicken thighs for at least an hour.Cook rice on stove as normal. Start rice at least 10 minutes before you put chicken on grill. Lightly oil the grill to help make sure the chicken doesn't stick.Fire up the grill to medium high heat, and place the thighs on the grill.Important step - leave the chicken alone for 5 minutes, then turn chicken and leave it alone for another 5 min or until chicken reaches temp of 165 degrees.Remove chicken from grill and let rest (covered with foil) for a couple of minutes before cutting. Slice the chicken and serve it on the side of the rice.Serving Size:?1 thigh (approx 4 oz) and 2/3 cup cooked rice
