1. Soak shitake mushrooms in about 2 cups warm water2.Place instant rice in blender or grinder and turn into a flour.3.Chop water chestnuts into small pieces in blender4. Add ground lowfat white meat chicken to a bowl, add rice flour, water chestnuts, miced garlic, hot sauce, seseme oil, and 1/2 cup broth from the mushrooms.
