1 chicken breast cubed
1 1/4 cup snap peas
8 large mushrooms
1 tsp salt

How Do I Make Chicken, Mushrooms and Snap Peas?

Here is how you make Chicken, Mushrooms and Snap Peas:

Cut chicken in cubes.Put oil in medium skillet and heat. Add chicken and spices and saute until almost done. While chicken is cooking slice each mushroom into large slices (I did four slices per mushroom). Add mushrooms and peas to pan cover and simmer for approx 6 minutes.Prepare rice according to directions on box. Divide evenly into 4 portions (approx 3/4 cup each).
