Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Crush Wheaties (I prefer a quick run in the food processor). Place into bowl.Place egg whites into seperate bowl.Cut chicken breast into 1 inch pieces. Place into Ziploc bag. Add to the bag the flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.Take chicken and dip into egg first then into Wheaties, being sure that the chicken is complete coated. Place on baking sheet in a single layer.
