1- pkg Pillsbury All Ready rollout pie crusts
1 lb chicken breasts, boiled, drained and cubed
3- potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 C. frozen broccoli
1 Tbs olive oil
1 C milk
2 large Tbs flour


How Do I Make My Chicken Pot Pie?

Here is how you make My Chicken Pot Pie:

Boil chicken and potatoes until chicken is done, about 30 minutes. Place one pie crust in the bottom of 8-9 inch pie plate. Place cubed chicken on top of the pie crust. Place broccoli in chicken broth and cook until almost done about 7 minutes. Stir in mixed vegetables. Strain broth off of veggies. Spread veggies over chicken. In saucepan place 1 tablespoon of olive oil and stir in 2 tablespoons of flour. Heat until bubbly. Add milk stirring well until thickened. Pour evenly over veggies. Top with other crust.
