1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
1 slice turkey bacon, crumbled
3 thin slices red onion
1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breast (can use pre-cooked to save time)
1 large whole wheat pita bread (the kind with pockets)

Here is how you make Fake Chicken Caesar Pita:

If not using precooked chicken, grill chicken on high for 5-6 minutes per side until done. Let cool and cut into bite size pieces. Cook turkey bacon either in microwave or oven according to package directions. Once cooled, crumble and set aside. Meanwhile make the dressing by combining mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper with a whisk in a medium bowl. Add shredded lettuce and onion. Toss in chicken and crumbled bacon.
