What Are The Ingredients For Chicken Pitas Recipe?The ingredients for Chicken Pitas are: About 3 bonelss, skinless chicken breast1/2 a bag of clean chopped spinach (raw) or any green leaf lettuce, I also like arugala 1 jar of roasted red peppers or roasted bell peppers 1 large onion 1/4 cup miracle whip or mayo 2 tablespoons of milk 1 clove of garlic feta cheese or cheese of your preferences (optional) whole wheat pita bread salt & pepper to taste How Do I Make Chicken Pitas?Here is how you make Chicken Pitas: Cut the chicken breast into strips (season to taste) and cook in large skillet with onions in extra virgin olive oil. While the chicken cooks cut the red peppers into slices. Once the chicken is done add the bell pepper and cover until heated thoroughly. Slice the pita bread in half and place in oven on 350 for about 7 minutes or until slightly toasted. While pitas are toasting combine miracle whip, milk and garlic. Place in fridge. When the pita bread is done open pita and spread garlic mixture and then add a large spoonful of chicken mixture.
