Here is how you make Chicken and Sweet Potato Pattie:

Roast sweet potato until soft. Cool and mix with ground chicken, oats, green onions, cilantro, curry powder, cumin dried thyme and worcheshire sauce (or pick a pepper sauce), salt & pepper. Using an ice scoop make 6 patties and place on sprayed broiler pan and bake at 375 for 10 minutes and turn and bake until done. Can be grilled also.
