Here is how you make Sweet Potato Hash with Chicken Sausage and Broccoli:

Place the chicken sausage into 3/4 cups simmering water and allow to cook 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the sweet potato, broccoli, and bell pepper into similar sized pieces, about 1/2". Heat skillet over medium heat and add 1-2 tablespoons olive oil. Saute vegetables until fork tender. After 10 minutes, remove water from sausage and allow to brown on either side ~1-2 minutes. Remove sausage and cut into similar-sized pieces, then add to the vegetables. Salt and Pepper to taste and enjoy.
