1 cup Brown Rice
1/2 cup Frozen Spinach (these also work with fresh veggies as well)
1/2 cup Frozen Broccoli
1 Chicken thigh (Deboned & Skinless)


How Do I Make Chicken, Veggies and Brown Rice?

Here is how you make Chicken, Veggies and Brown Rice:

Put the rice on to cook in a small pot. Debone and take the skin off the chicken thigh. After just cut the thigh into chunks. Then put the frozen broccoli and spinach in a saute pan with 1/4 cup of water and butter(or oil it doesn't matter) and the chicken meat. I used a no salt seasoning along with paprika, cilantro, garlic chunks, and onion powder to season the meat and vegetables. After adding the chicken meat the next step is to put on a lid and let it steam for about 5 minutes. Depending on the size of the chicken chunks the veggies and meat should be cooked within 5-10 minutes of putting on the lid.
