In large, microwavable bowl, mix 3 cups rice, 2 diced chicken breasts, 1 package of Green Giant Hearth Health vegetable mix (single serving), 1/2 c walnuts, and 1/2 cup Craisins. Microwave on high 2-3, stop and stir contents of bowl. Microwave another 2 minutes. My original try of this made approximately 6 cups, or three 2 cup servings.
