Here is how you make Apple Chicken Salad Sandwich:

Toss all ingredients except bread, lettuce, and red onion together in a bowl. Spread mixture across one piece of bread (a lot will fall off, this is a sloppy sandwich.) Top with lettuce and onion. Eat up whatever falls off the bread with a fork. Enjoy! :-) I may add something creamy to the mix next time, like nonfat plain yogurt...in lieu of mayo.
