Here is how you make Cammie's Chicken Salad:

Strain the 3, 12.5 ounce cans of chicken and place in medium mixing bowl. With a hand chopper, lighly chop one whole apple and the 1 1/2 cups of grapes. Do not over chop or it will become mushy. Place the grapes and apples in a strainer and shake out any excess fluids. Add the 1 cup of Kraft Free Mayo and 1 teaspoon of salt. (Use less salt if you do not like salty chicken salad.)Seperate this mixture into 6, 2 cup plastic storage bins. Place in refridgerator.
