Here is how you make Chicken-less veggie soup:

Remove frozen Gardein chicken (less) breasts from freezer and set aside to thaw.Slice up all the veggies and put them into a large sauce pan with salt and pepper. Using a food processor to cut up the veggies will save you lots of time.Once ingredients are all added, add the vegetable broth and the crushed tomatoes. Cube all 4 of the Gardein chicken (less) breasts. Add to pot. Simmer for approx 10 minutes or until veggies are to your liking.
