Here is how you make Chicken, Okra and Vegetable Soup:

dice the onions, garlic and chicken. Add spray light to the frying and fry over a low heat until cooked. Cut the Okra into small pieces and add to the ingredients in the frying pan. Fry for a few minutes then set aside.Cut the squash, sweet potato, tomatoes and pepper into small pieces and put in a alrage pot. Add 1.5 litres of water, the 3 OXO cubes, thyme, chilli powder and salt to taste into the pot, and allow to boil. Turn the heat down and allow to simmer until cooked. Turn the heat off and allow the mixture to cool down for about half an hour. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
