Cook chicken in slow cooker overnight, debone and remove skin. Place back in slow cooker. Add 8 cups water, onion, carrots & soup. Continue to cook in slow cooker. Separately, cook all rice with 3 cups of water on stove until done. Add fully cooked rice to soup in slow cooker. May add additional water to fill up slow cooker.
