Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium
Baby Carrots, raw, 8 large
Onions, raw, 1 small
Water, tap, 6 cup
*Bullion, Chicken Flavored, 6 serving, optional, add to taste (I use Maggi brand powdered as it is lactose-free and I can use it to taste)
garlic 1 clove minced (optional)
parsley dried 1 tbsp
sea salt (optional)
black pepper (optional)

Here is how you make Chicken Soup (no starch):

If your chicken is raw, you will need to boil it until it is done in other water first. If it is cooked, you don't have to do that. I do not use my boiling water for the soup becuase it has a chicken film on top.Chop celery, onion, and baby carrots to desired size (for kids - you can mince them and skip the mushrooms; for adults I leave everything more chuncky). In a medium to large soup pot combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer until carrot and celery are soft.Divide into 6 servings. Serve hot.
