How Do I Make Cream of Chicken Soup?

Here is how you make Cream of Chicken Soup:

Melt butter in saucepan with diced chicken. Sautee for a a minute or two. In the meantime, create a slurry by whisking the xanthum gum into the chicken broth and add the slurry and the heavy whipping cream into the sauce pan along with the poultry blend. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on medium heat until slightly it starts to thicken and bubble. Remove from heat. Serve or store.
