Here is how you make Lemon Chicken soup:

Heat a soup pot. Put in chicken. Cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove chicken from pot and set aside. Add Garlic, thyme, carrots, celery, and onions. Cook until onions are translucent. Add about 1 gallon of water. It whould fill put to just below the handle bolts. Stir in chicken boullion and bring to a boil. Strain 1 quart of chicken broth from pot and set aside.. Add pasta and simmer for 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Crack eggs into a large bowl and whisk. Temper eggs with reserved chicken broth by pouring broth into eggs very slowly and whisking quickly so the eggs don't cook. Slowly stir this mixture back into the pot and add lemon juice.
