1. Place chicken into a large pot and cover with water, making sure to have plenty of water in the pot.2. Add chopped onion, diced celery, and chopped carrots to the pot. 3. Add Thyme, Rosemary, Pepper, and bay leaf. 4. Bring to a boil, and let cook for 10 minutes, or until chicken is completely cooked.5. Add Egg Noodles, and follow directions for cooking time on package. 6. Add any more seasoning as needed, and, using scissors, cut chicken into bite sized pieces.7. Remove bay leaf and serve.
