8 oz lite sour cream

Here is how you make Nina's Lite Chicken Spaghetti:

Boil chicken breast with dash of salt. Dice chicken and set aside. Boil spaghetti in chicken broth. Add a splash of oil to keep from sticking together. Drain spaghetti and rinse in cold water. Mix together all ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Stir in spaghetti. Pour into 8 inch square pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
