3 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed

2 cup fresh baby spinach or regular spinach de-stemmed and chopped

.5 cup non-fat milk

2 wedges Laughing Cow Light original Swiss

black pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Here is how you make No-Guilt Chicken Alfredo w/spinach:

In a pot cook pasta according to package directions. Season chicken as desired with salt and pepper or additional seasonings of choice. Coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray and cook chicken over medium heat until cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm. Recoat pan with non-stick spray and add spinach. Saute until wilted. In non-stick pan add milk and heat over medium low heat until hot but not boiling. Add the cheese, crumbled into small peices and stir until melted thoroughly and there are no lumps.
